What happens if I receive a bale and feel that the quality is significantly below what I expected??

We understand that customers may sometimes receive a bale whose contents do not meet their expectations. While opened bales cannot be returned or refunded, Janomax Premium Bales takes genuine quality concerns seriously.

If you believe the quality is exceptionally poor, our team will:

Request photos and videos showing the items, bale labels, and the specific quality issues.
Review and assess the evidence to determine whether the concern is genuine and whether the bale falls significantly below the expected quality for that category.
Where appropriate, share the case with our supplier in the country of origin for further review and feedback.
If the case is verified as a genuine quality issue, Janomax may offer appropriate compensation or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Our goal is to ensure that genuine quality concerns are handled fairly, while helping affected customers recover from the situation and continue their business with confidence.

Please note: Compensation is considered on a case-by-case basis after the submitted evidence has been reviewed. It is not an automatic refund or return of an opened bale.
